We are accredited by the Société de développement de la Main d'Oeuvre du Québec. You could be eligible for reimboursement from the government through tax credits.
  

Specific needs :

We can diagnose the condition of your rotative machinery right there, in you mill, while production keeps going on.

We can diagnose the condition of a structure on which is resting the rotative machinery or fixed machinery. We always give priority to production breakdowns.

 By having the vibration analysis inspections done by professionnals, you can narrow down the possibilities of wrong diagnostic since our data bank is very rich and we have lots of experience. You could also reduce your costs substantially since the « just in time » is what we aim for.

Contracts - Vibration analysis route :

If your organization decides to subcontract the preventive maintenance program, we can intervene according to a predetermined schedule and analyse the condition of selected rotative machinery (vibration analysis route). At the end of each visit, a report will be given to you indicating the anomalies that surfaced along the route. It will be up to you and your staff to rectify the anomalies identified.

With vibration analysis, you can easily plan what has to be repaired on your next scheduled shutdown. Each report we give has comments/recommendations which describe the anomaly we identified and the machinery that is in trouble or getting in trouble. Each report comes out the same day, after the inspection. Since the specialist is still there with you, your questions will be answered right away, no room for misunderstanding. With the report, you can evaluate the priority level of each repair recommended.
